TechChandra provides services including IT consulting and implementation, network and security system installation, local cloud & IoT solutions, as well as managed services and infrastructure maintenance.

2. Use of Services

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable regulations. We reserve the right to refuse service in cases of abuse or violation of our policies.

3. Account Responsibility

If you register or are granted access to any systems, you are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials.

4. Payment & Billing

Certain services require payment, either one-time or subscription-based. Invoices and payment terms will be provided accordingly. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of service.

5. Service Warranty

We strive to provide the best service possible but do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fully secure. Specific warranties will be outlined in project agreements.

6. Limitation of Liability

TechChandra shall not be held liable for any indirect losses, data loss, or business interruption resulting from the use of our services.

7. Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue services at any time, with or without prior notice.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, software, and tools developed or used within our services remain the intellectual property of TechChandra or its authorized partners. No duplication is allowed without written permission.

9. Dispute Resolution

Disputes shall first be resolved through amicable discussion. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the laws and jurisdiction of the Republic of Indonesia.
